Nagominoyado Hanagokoro - Reopening in Mar 2024

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, we had some issue to catch a train and they organized an anticipated transfer just for us. The room is wonderful, very traditional Japanese style with some modern furnitures that make the stay unique. Private onsen was great, an amazing experience after a day out to relax and chill. Dinner and Japanese-style breakfast were delicious, served with love and professionalism. Overall, the stay was absolutely worth.

Despite receiving invoices from every hotel I've been to, the gentleman with glasses there insisted he couldn't give me one. Furthermore, when checking out, despite us being strangers to the area – and it was clear from his demeanor that this was unwilling – he refused to give me an invoice, which I found unacceptable in the context of Japanese hospitality. I was also dissatisfied with the price-performance ratio; the price was excessively high considering the hotel's amenities, and I didn't like the food.

i would recommend to either have an option for meals with meat or at least at the western morning one to have more homemade products instead of ready ones.

Not quite what it says in the tin! The views are not quite what is advertised on the website. We had a brand new building opposite as our view from the room. Rooftop onsen - NOT available ( unclear why) Bar/lounge - Not available (seems to be under eternal maintenance!) As a result, after dinner (served @ 6 pm) Your only option is to go to your room… No where around to go to No facilities available in the ryokan SHAME

Adorei o espaço e a tranquilidade do hotel com uma paisagem incrível. Adorei o yukata para vestirmos durante a estadia, e que usamos sempre que saímos do quarto. Mais do que isso adorei o onsen privado que estava incluído na reserva, uma experiencia verdadeiramente única e fabulosa. O pequeno-almoço foi maravilhoso (western style) e a forma como trabalham de forma particular no serviço ao hóspede foi maravilhosa. Acordar com neve tornou tudo ainda mais especial. Acabou por ser o melhor sítio onde ficamos no Japão.

Fiquei menos contente com o horário marcado para o jantar ser tão cedo (18h) e não referirem isso no site, percebo porquê e faz sentido, mas é muito cedo para mim. Da mesma forma o pequeno-almoço também é muito tardio para quem quer sair cedo e não perder oportunidade de usufruir do mesmo, sendo que essa informação também não está disponível no site. Fiquei um pouco confusa com os banhos públicos, não havia informação sobre o seu usufruto e estavam fechados quando tentei ver.

Le personnel est adorable, les bains privés ont une vue magnifique avec possibilité de se faire livrer des boissons. Il est ouvert sur de grande amplitude horaire. Les repas sont très bo les petites quantités permettant de goûté à tout.
