Amazing value for money Immaculately clean Just a short walk from the city centre And a lovely living space with a great view

The double bed was perfectly comfortable but the singles were not the best

"A perfect stay with a short walk into york"

Everything about this place was perfect. A lovely location with only a 10minute walk into york. The house was over 3 storeys with 3 bedrooms, a large lounge/games room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with a bath and shower. Also parking on the front which is great. There was also a little courtyard out the back with a table and chairs. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful. Towels were provided as were tea and coffee facilities. Thank you we had a wonderful few days and will definitely return.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location

Did not have 2 bathrooms as stated, 1 full bathroom and 1 extra toilet so was a bit awkward for 6 adults. Also shower is blocked and needs serious attention.

Maps from the Booking.com app take you to the back of the property! Not good if you are walking. Not a single USB port in the property!!

Location was fabulous. The house had everything you need. House was very clean, lots of towels on each bed, there was 6 of us so very much needed. Easy walk into York and a great pub nearby the Mason Arms.

Mattress’s and pillows need updating. Everyone said the beds and pillows were uncomfy. Plus only one allocated parking space, but the second car did find a free space on the road just around the corner.

Good location with the option of parking off street, good size bedrooms and lounge area. A short (15/20 minute walk) to the Shambles.

Only one bathroom/shower, though we were aware of this when we booked.
