Location, space

Stayed for 6 nights and paid 230 Pounds for each, a relatively high price for an apartment with no services or meals. After checking out we received an impolite and inappropriate msg from the landlord complaining about leaving some empty paper bags and trash at the house. Considering that the apartment is not serviced at all during our whole stay.. this msg wasn't appropriate and ruined the good impact we had about the city. Will not come again!

Really well equipped and everything worked perfectly. Amazing, huge TV and we really appreciated the generous touches like plentiful coffee and tea - and the kitekats! Samuel was a really quick, clear and friendly host. Thank you 😊

Nothing at all, though I think the fridge motor may need a bit of tlc soon.

Perfect location with a short walk to the city centre.Plus a bonus of free parking. The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and well equipped with comfortable beds and sofas, plus private outside seating.

Nothing - apart from we could have done with more toilet rolls. Plus a tray would be useful.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, home from home. Everything you needed provided. Excellent host communication. Tiny problem with bins outside not being empty when we arrived sorted out immediately Easy walk into central York. Quiet location. Couple of good pubs nearby.
