Outstanding location and immaculate property.

Excellent location very close to centre.Modern town house with good amenities.Host was quick to report any questions I had and allowed us to leave the car parked for a few hours after checking out. Excellent for little extras such as dishwasher tablets.

Could do with a bit of a deep clean, very dusty on door panels. Had asked for rooms to be made into double for our stay but one remained a twin. There was random t- shirt left on the kitchen stool, unsure who this belonged too but should have been removed prior to our arrival. Although area was quiet we could clearly hear conversations from next door. Finally although the host had warned about the shower tray blocking with use, it was evident even with a clear shower trap the water drainage is incredibly slow leaving an inch of water standing in the tray whilst washing, obviously needs a proper unblocking.

Excellent location. Even though in the heart of the city, it was very peaceful. Great for exploring.

The accommodation was not as clean as we had hoped. There were many cobwebs hanging in the corner of the rooms and we had to wash the grill in the oven due to it having old food on it. There was also no oven glove, so using a tea towel was not ideal. There was only one hand towel for the property in the bathroom and nothing in the downstairs toilet to dry hands but extras were delivered the next day on contacting Samuel and was dealt with promptly.

Fabulously located, great layout, fab views, comfy beds and a really well equipped home from home. Easy walking distance of the City Centre and surrounded by amenities but in a really quiet residential location away from the hustle and bustle. The addition of parking is a massive plus for the city, especially this close to all the sights. Perfect for a couple of days sightseeing but comfy enough for longer. The communication from the manager Samuel was the best I’ve experienced and he really went above and beyond for us as it was a celebration weekend - arranging for an early check in and sorting extended parking for us on the day of departure. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Literally nothing - perfect from start to finish.

Perfect location for an easy walk into York. Clean, spacious and excellent communication throughout.

4pm check in almost put us off, however we did manage to check in earlier when we contacted the hosts.
