GBLocation was excellent, plenty of room and beds comfortable.
Would disagree that this is a ‘luxury’ property. Main entrance into the flat was dirty and smelt bad. Flat itself looks quite tired and could do with a deep clean. Carpet and chairs were very stained, cupboards in the kitchen had a bad smell, no washing up liquid, only one toilet roll in the bathroom which was already half used and the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms had a problem damp which meant that the walls were stained we couldn’t hang any clothes in it.

AUIt was very warm. Lots of room. Good bathroom. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels supplied.
The parking situation. It should be explained more clearly that even though there is no parking that the nearest free parking is a 20 minute walk away. Also the people above our apartment were quite noisy, stomping around.

The kitchen was dirty. The drawers had food through them. Utensils, glassware and dining ware hadn’t been cleaned and placed back in cupboards. Lack of basic supplies like toilet paper and soap, kitchen cleaning products (only a dirty used sponge under sink). Bags of dirty laundry from previous guests in our room (we were told to place them somewhere they wouldn’t bother us). Furniture was stained and tired.
