Very disappointing stay - not at all what we had booked We booked a 1 bedroom Deluxe room , Maximum capacity 4 adults, But the reality was completely different. There was a double bed upstairs, a hard sofa bed downstairs and a single mattress in the corner. This was completely different to what was shown in the check-in photos on the website. There were no towels or linens upon arrival. Attempts to contact reception were impossible - we only received automated artificial intelligence responses. Getting through on the phone was unrealistic. We had to go and buy paper towels ourselves. After we got through to the support service of Booking, we were brought one set of bed linen and a towel)) the second set was brought only in the evening on the second day. Also the apartment did not have proper ventilation. The tiny window overlooked a dusty, dirty ventilation shaft and there was no fresh air at all - it was impossible and scary to open the window. We lost a whole day of our trip trying to fix these problems. It really ruined the start of our vacation and the service was totally unacceptable, bags lying around in the hallway all 4 days of our stay. I will also write a review on Booking and demand compensation for the ruined vacation. Would not recommend.

We hadden geen beddengoed of handdoeken en ze bleven maar beloven dat dit ging komen maar dat was niet zo.

Bonne emplacement et bel appartement.
