L'appartamento è molto carino, accogliente e la posizione è strategica.

La gestione lascia molto a desiderare... Mancavano le federe ai cuscini (che tra l'altro erano sporchi), per 4 ospiti c'erano solo 3 coperte e nonostante avessimo prontamente segnalato nessuno si è preoccupato di risolvere. La biancheria da bagno prevedeva solo un telo doccia per ospite mancavano gli asciugamani per il viso e mancava anche la carta igienica. Posate assenti e piatti e bicchieri non sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti

Only one towel was provided per person. There were two of us, and we were given one large and one small, which wasn't enough. When I asked for an extra towel, we weren't given one. The mattress was dirty, with stains coming through the sheets and hair on it. The soundproofing was poor; we could hear other guests' conversations through the wall. After using the kitchen and dishes, you can't wash everything, as we weren't provided with a dish sponge or extra trash bags. During our three-day stay, we took out the trash ourselves and had to buy our own trash bags.

The location was the only thing that I liked and that is one only reason for the 1 star, otherwise it would have been zero star... It is located on one of the main streets so it is very easy to get anywhere...

I didn't like everything else... Firstly, to collect the key card is very troublesome... you need to go to another place that is quite far away to check-in and get the key card... the apartment is very small and the bed is upstairs and my husband has his head in the roof all the time... the table was broken when we checked in and nothing was done for all the 12 days we were there so we had no table to use... the kitchen has utensils that are the size of toys so you cannot really prepare any food other than noodles... we were told that they will change the towel every 4th days but for all the 12 days we were there, they changed the towel only once... nobody came to take out the trash even after we requested... there is no extra trash bags so we can't even do this on our own unless we buy our own trash bags... there is no rug or broom to clean the place and nobody comes to clean the place and even we asked to borrow broom to clean a little after ourselves, they cannot loan us a broom so we had to live in a dirty house for 2 weeks... the bed was very uncomfortable... the drain in the shower is a little clot so water goes down very slowly... to stay here for 1 or 2 days maybe is fine... but anything more, go somewhere else...

Ziemlich ruhig, da die Wohnung Richtung Innenhof liegt. Sehr zentrumsnah und gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung.

Keine Geschirrtücher, wenig Geschirr vorhanden Keine Handtücher, nur Duschtücher.
