"Overall it was a good stay. Some small issues but it’s always my first choice."

I have stayed at ocean walk Many times. The whole facility is great.

We went told at check in about kids activities. Didn’t know the arcade had moved to 4th floor. The tv didn’t work for the first few days. And then on our last night. Also some damage to the unit that needs fixed. One sink didn’t work, entry door frame busted, stove drawer was bent and dangerous. It was difficult to start the dishwasher because the controls were under the kitchen counter.

"Dissatisfied and disappointed."

The location is good

The property needs updating badly. The service is almost non existent, the food in the multiple venues was pretty bad. The 2 bedroom condo we rented was awful, peeling paint everywhere, doors that would not close, faucets that had no water and the beds needed new mattresses about a decade ago. We left the condo with bad back and lack of sleep. The amount we paid was double what it was worth.

I loved the pool area and amenities

Parking not enough parking at resort one day we had to use public parking. The resort refunded us $15 the next day we came back from dinner there was no parking available. Had to use public parking and then the resort would not refund our parking fee that day.

"Decent place to stay"

Great location, clean, resort had nice features overall

Beds and sofa were extremely uncomfortable and make so much noise just trying to move. Definitely need to be upgraded!

The Good: The view was stunning, and the location was incredibly convenient, with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel offered fun activities like dueling pianos, karaoke, and a DJ by the pool, which added to the entertainment. The staff was friendly and accommodating overall.

The Disappointments: Unfortunately, as a non-timeshare guest, I felt like I wasn’t given the same level of care. For instance, I didn’t receive a welcome gift like other guests checking in, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we had multiple people in our party, but we were only provided one parking pass. The others had to park in the garage at an extra cost, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. For a 5-day stay, this added an unexpected expense. Several amenities were out of service during our visit, including the lazy river and one of the hot tubs, which made the other hot tub quite crowded. It would have been nice to have been informed of this in advance, as we were looking forward to the lazy river. The in-room experience could also be improved. There wasn’t a guide to operate the TVs, and the remotes didn’t turn the TVs on, so we had to do it manually. The ice maker in the room didn’t work, and I had to contact the owner rather than the hotel for assistance, though the resort kindly provided bags of ice. The Concerning: There was mold in the second guest room, which I reported to the front desk. I was told to contact the timeshare owner, but they did mention they would take a look at it. Suggestions for Improvement: Provide a welcome packet for all guests, with information about amenities and things to do in the area. Include clear instructions or upgraded systems (like Roku) for operating TVs. Ensure non-timeshare guests feel equally valued with fair access to amenities and communication. Notify guests in advance of any amenities that are out of order. Overall, I enjoyed the location and some of the experiences, but the inconsistencies in service for non-timeshare guests left me feeling a little excluded. I hope these suggestions help improve the experience for future visitors.

"Everything outside of the condo was great. The condo itself was a let down. The views were beautiful."

The outside facilities were great. We mostly stayed at the kiddie pool area. The staff did a wonderful job. The views from the condo were spectacular and the best part of the condo itself.

The room was in need of repairs. When you enter the front door the trim was badly damaged on the left side, condo needed updating,and the stove had metal sticking out of the pull out drawer left side. We had to be careful not to cut ourselves. The bench seat fabric was in need of deep cleaning and the left side of the couch facing the ocean has mold on it in several places. Definitely not a good value for the price I paid.
