Oceanview Beach Block BALCONY Ocean and City View

peter was great! awesome location. loved that they had a toaster oven, since I dont prefer to use the microwave.

There was no breakfast, the location was not too far from places where you could get food. The main problem was a substantial leak through a wall with rain water entering. We had to mop up but after heavy rain that became impossible. Being 85 & 74 we were at risk of slipping with that much water around the bed eventually.

We had nobody other than a security guard in a van helping us to get in as we didn't have the internet as we had arrived by ship from Bermuda. Also only after a kind man from the building helped us, could we get connected, via messaging & phone, with the host. We never saw him. The building is seriously run down.

The location is in a safe gated community.

The only problem my friend and I had when we got to the property was to open main entrance door. The door opens electronically and we couldn’t see the green light where we could place the electric key. I had to get really close to the door to see the blinking green light. Maybe it was because of the bright daylight. I could sense the frustration of Peter, when I called him more than once to ask for directions. Otherwise everything was fine.

Very nice property! Clean and looks as described, spacious, and good location in gated community near the beach!

Loved the location, the apartment was exactly as pictures and had everything I needed. The owner was responsive and helpful.

The bed wasn't the most comfy and because I am tall it was too short.

Cockroaches, worn down, neighbour smoking weed and dog barking nonstop, very noisy AC.

Close to all restaurants and beaches, safe, clean. Peter was a fantastic communicator. Easy to check in/out.

Highly recommend to check The WI-Fi it was on/off, the air conditioning is making noice and the older windows are not doing to much to protect the noice from outside. Still had a fantastic time!!

The balcony view is amazing!

Rain leaked in from a hole in the balcony sliding doors flooding the floor.
