Location was awesome..didn't want the crowd of the hotel atmosphere! Peter..this place was excellent!

Suggest putting in a coin machine for quarters for laundry.

good view. the owner is great.

water temperature was cold. the next building was under construction in early morning, couldn’t fall asleep. The ceiling fan keep making sounds and often woke up at midnight.

Excellent location!

We thought we booked a room where the patio was facing the ocean, but we could still see the ocean over the balcony wall so we were still happy!

Great customer service; location close to the beach; great balcony view; apartment was very clean; kitchen was fully stocked; gated community; good value for the price.

No complaints. Improvement tips: The unit needs to be updated (nothing was broken, but furniture was worn out, had scratches; balcony door and front door need to be replaced - balcony door was shaking loudly because of wind and it affects sleeping; bed is supposedly queen size, but mattress seems to be full size). Nothing urgent, but could be improved overall.

Great apartment, wonderful location right to the beach and close to restaurants. It's gated community 24 hours so it's super safe and clean. Peter and the team from Kasa were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Apartment was clean and nice with beautiful Ocean view and great balcony to enjoy. I highly recommend picking this condo for your stay. Thank you for making our vacation perfect 😊!

"Superb"

Our 1st day here and we came back to the building without power. Peter immediately moved us without hesitation. Of course no one can control power outages, but he definitely took care of us and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Definitely a wonderful host. Thanks again Peter, the new location was absolutely amazing.
