Location, amenities, family friendly with many activities on grounds ( multiple pools, lazy river, splash pad, putt putt, and more)

The only hiccup was that when we booked, the sleeping info included a sofa bed, where we planned for our 2 grandsons to sleep. Apparently new furniture had just been bought and there was a couch with recliner at either end, which wasn’t comfortable for sleeping. We contacted the property owner and they brought a cot immediately, which was comfortable, and solved the problem with one sleeping on sofa and one sleeping on cot. Parking is crowded, but we were able to park without having to leave the property.

Great room layout! Perfect for our family. Coffee on that balcony was amazing!!!

No parking pass offered for second vehicle. Not owners fault but resort should reexamine that policy.

"Spacious condo with a gorgeous view!"

We absolutely loved our Condo.Gorgeous views, spacious. We were a family of 6. Our homeowner was very pleasant to communicate with. Any issues, and it was addressed right away. Overall I will rent in the future.

Honestly, I can't say anything bad. We had a great experience.

"Run! Would not stay in this condo again!"

Location

Condo is 25+ years old and has never been updated and is in very poor condition. Pictures do not accurately represent the very poor conditions of the unit. Condo was unbelievably filthy, including dirty and stained bedding at check-in. After arguing with the property manager for an extended period of time, she finally agreed to send back cleaners. They spent 3.5 hours cleaning the unit. Incredibly disappointed all around.
