Well they changed our rooms in other location and its not good as it is the one that i booked here in booking.com

The location is great

The amenities looked all run down and poorly maintained

Near to restaurants and parking

There’s no bed linen in the other room

Wir kamen pünktlich im Klub Ultima Nähe Osmena Circle wie geplant an. Dort wurde uns gesagt, daß das gesamte Gebäude aufgrund Elektroproblemen durch Monsunregeneintritt nicht nutzbar sei. Überall Baustellen, nicht übersehbar. (Okay, 3. Welt, kann passieren...) Wir wurden dann in ein Gästehaus im IT-Park geschickt - eine völlig andere Umgebung, weit entfernt. Dort alles wesentlich kleiner, völlig abgerockt, auch nicht unbedingt sauber zu nennen. Am 2. Tag war ein Waschbecken in einem der beiden Bäder nicht mehr zu nutzen. Ein Klempner erklärte, das gesamte Becken müsse getauscht werden, er könne es nicht reparieren. Gut, auch das kann in der 3. Welt vorkommen. Da das Flugzeug zurück nach Deutschland am letzten Tag erst 17.55 Uhr ging, versuchten wir den Eigentümer unter den bei booking.com angegebenen Telefonnummern 3 Tage lang telefonisch und auch per whatsapp-Nachrichten zu erreichen, um evtl. einen späteren Checkout zu ermöglichen. Es kam weder eine Antwort, noch war der Herr telefonisch zu erreichen. Das geht absolut überhaupt nicht !! Okay, wir haben kein 5-Sterne-Hotel gebucht, aber Geld hat der Aufenthalt auch so nicht wenig gekostet ! Es können durchaus andere Probleme passieren, als defekte Waschbecken oder eine Checkout-Anfrage. Der Eigentümer kann sich nicht einfach verleugnen und nicht erreichbar sein, das geht auch in der 3. Welt nicht !! Bei allem Verständnis - das ist unzumutbar !!

We were given a different room. It was NOT what we booked. We should have gotten what we paid for, not a different room. The AC on one of the rooms does not work! And when we told the host, we were told it works when it doesn’t. Did not even offer any resolution. BROWNOUT from 2-4 AM, and we were only told about morning of our check in date. 0 transparency. There were no spoons! The receptionist is NOT helpful and approachable. The lobby stinks. The elevator stinks. We are not one to complain or nitpick small things but the experience was not something our group could tolerate. The host was also NOT responsive.

centrally located, very close to shops, mall and public transportations

Spacious room. Flexible on visitors. The vibe is like you're at home. Overall, it's satisfactory.

Delayed check-in. As per email, 3pm is the check-in. We arrived at 2.55pm, and it seemed they were surprised we arrived. It seems they forgot they had a guest on that day. We waited more than 1 hour to get checked in.

The kitchen sink is not draining and has a bad amell in the room
