There was a mix up with timings so on arrival the house was not cleaned. We had to wait for cleaners to come and I did say it needed a deep clean but this did not happen. The floors were still really dirty, so bad we all wore flip flops or slipper around the house. There was a dog smell in the kitchen that we just couldn’t get rid of, and used sponges no clean ones were left. Flies in the kitchen bin and fridge due to it being really dirty. Beds were made well which helped but I will say the master bed had 2 mattresses and had a dip in the middle so was uncomfortable. Also a door handle was missing from one of the bedrooms and a big hole in the wall in another bedroom it looked like someone had hit it. On the first night I heard dripping from the ceiling in the master bedroom turned out there was a leak in the toilet above I reported this to the host and he said he will let someone know. So I had to listen to this for the full 2 nights. It’s got potential if cleaned to a good standard. I would say it’s a shame no vacuum cleaner or brush was available at the property as I could have done it myself then. The host was very sorry and gave me some compensation due to the lack of cleaning.

CHEverything. It is a beautiful modern house. Secured and in a quiet area. The kitchen consists of everything needed. Although, we only used the fridge, microwave, and toaster. We enjoyed our stay. My children were so happy. The staff responded to any form of complaints. I will book here again next time if available 😉
Nothing, but the cleaner didn't do a good job. The towels were dirty, and the rugs n floor weren't well swept. I gave 9 points because of this, it deserves 10 points. Aside from this, it was a luxury stay

No electric upstairs have to wait for a hour , floor wasn’t clean chewing gum was on floor and some crumb was on floor my wee baby ate it
