Missing door handle on one of the bedroom doors as well as holes in the wall, food left from previous occupants and bad water pressure in the showers.

The back door was broken and didn't lock. One of the upstairs rooms had no door handle. There was a hoke in the wall in another room. There were no toiletries. I didnt think the manager was as helpful or proactive as he might have been. I got woken at 08:15 on the Sunday with a guy delivering toiletries, after I'd told the manager on the previous evening that we had bought our own. The repair man for the back door didn't show up.

Property wasn’t clean. Bottles of drinks under the bed, crisp packets down side of the sofa, floors were filthy, even the headboards had quite a bit of dust on them. Not enough towels for everyone, only 3 towels and 2 hand towels for 6 people, plus one of the towels was hidden hanging up on a hanger in the wardrobe. Hardly any toilet rolls. Provided. All the cupboards in the kitchen had really random stuff in some of them like on cupboard had one small tub of curry powder that’s it, one cupboard had an empty box for foil in it. Biscuits left in a bowl with the coffee pods were all out of date by 2 months. One bedroom door had no door handle onto it. The shower pressures are low, not very strong. The en-suite toilet seat has a large crack along it and the downstairs toilet seat is not secure. There’s large holes in the walls and marks on the walls. There was items left in the washing machine and it was left on. The kettle and toaster were both dirty. Outside in the garden down the side of the property is a mess with random stuff laying on the floor like a rake and a little kids scooter. The cleaners are meant to be professional as stated on the advertisement, there’s no way it was cleaned by professional cleaners.
GBProperty was spotless and had excellent facilities. It was a nice distance away from the city (20 mins drive which is about a £10.00). It had a nice parking, and the area felt safe. There were shops in walking distance as well including a Greggs. Comfy bed and excellent living space with a huge TV.
GBImmaculately clean property. If I happen to stay in Manchester again, this is ideal for family living.
Mildly annoying, noisy neighbours and dogs near the weekend, but otherwise okay.
