Good location, good size rooms, good value for money

If I had to be picky, I would say , the kettle & oven was a bit complicated for me ! It’s advertised for upto 8 people stay but only 4 dining room chairs, we had 7 staying, no bedding for the sofa bed but overall great stay. Would stay here again

Stayed at this property for an event at the Etihad Stadium and it’s great location close to the location. My parents were a little apprehensive staying somewhere other than a hotel but were a little more assured given the great reviews. I can safely say they were not disappointed….. apart from being at a great location, the house itself had everything. It was clean, plenty of room, amazing huge television in the living room, really comfortable beds, everything needed for self catering. It was lovely and warm inside, which may sound quite basic but on a cold Manchester day it was a godsend having it warm on our arrival. Although we only stayed one night and didn’t fully get the use of the home, it’s highly recommended and good value for either a short or long stay.

The only reason I didn’t give this stay a 10 rating (I would give it a 9.5 if I could!) was down to something so simple. The living room was tastefully decorated, a great corner sofa, huge built in television with sound bar and then…. Curtains which hadn’t been hooked properly on the railings. A big effort had gone in to having the house looking so presentable and then not hooking the curtains properly was a little baffling! The curtains were not broke in any way, just simply not attached properly onto the rail and this meant they were hanging off the ends and didn’t look the best impression wise, given how lovely the room was. Something quite trivial in the grand scheme of things but a job which could have easily been sorted in next to no time.

The cleaner was still there 2 hours after check in time Kettle didn’t work No freezer Coffee machine provided but no pods Complimentary toiletries were just 1.5 mini tubes of body cream Previous guests’ belongings left in the bathroom Full bins and extra bags of rubbish outside the house Litter on the driveway and cigarette buts all over the outside spaces Ridiculous amount of air fresheners all over the house which made us all unwell and unable to sleep. I switched off all the plug ins and put all the others in a kitchen cupboard so we were able to sleep well the second night

The accommodation it's self is beautiful and has everything you need for a stay away from home. Communication with the owners has been great, if there's any issues then the owners will help.

The house was well decorated.

The house was not clean, there was a lack of hygiene and an instruction manual on the most important things.
