Spacious Apartment in Tilburg Bed and Coffe

Good shower, tv with internet so we were able to watch YouTube and Netflix, extra pillows and quilt in the wardrobe. Comfortable beds and sofa. Only drawback is that we had to buy some soap to wash our dishes

Everything was clean, there was a lot of equipment.

It was a but cold but we turned the heat up.

The room was nice but the overall experience has been a nightmare. I do not recommend to anybody. It is such an unfriendly and untrustworthy b&b. Terrible experience. The communication was already very difficult before the stay: we have been said that the payment was not recieved while it was. We have been asked to pay via a link even if the payment was already done. Then, during our stay, the access code to access the room did not work and we have been unable to access the room during the night with less than 0 degrees. No prompt assistance has been provided and no refund. We had to change our departure time because we could not access the room with our luggage inside for long time. I am not sure if they are scammers or just very improfessional but I would not reccomend it at all. It is a pity because the apartment itself seems nice but the overall customer support (before during and after) is a nightmare.

The location for this apartment is excellent. Apartment was clean and fully equipped.

Unfortunately our door code was not activated on the time we arrived to apartment. As there is no building number marked on the street, we were much worried if this is the right address. Apartment door was broken and fixed in a way that it didn't feel secure. The apartment itself was really clean, and it is on the ground floor with good view on the backyard. The backyard needs to be cleaned, it is simple 15 minutes job which could make a real difference on the staying.

It was a gorgeous property, with everything you needed with it! It was very spacious, wheelchair accessible and it was perfect for three people.

When we arrived the apartment was very clean, the heating systems works well and it's in a good position in the city. However, we had a very hard time finding the building, although we called plenty of times the agency's call center to help us. As a matter of fact, the address on Google Maps did not indicate the exact location. Moreover, the picture of the building the call center sent us did not corresponde to the actual aspect of the building since the facade had been renovated. Nevertheless, not even the assistant from the call center was aware of it and we had to find the building ourselves, asking for the help of locals. Finally, we were also disappointed that, after the previously mentioned inconvenients, we did not receive not even an apology from the agency.
