Spacious Apartment in Tilburg Bed and Coffe

The spacious layout, felt very warm and welcoming and it was perfect fit for our little Netherlands trip!! The staff were welcoming and place was clean!

The location is good. The property is clean. The check in went good

There is no central heating system so the property is very cold

the bank bed was very soft

not enough cleaning supplies. why have a washing machine and dishwasher if we can’t use them or have to buy our own pods

Moderately well located. Beds are comfortable. A family of three can easily stay. Parking option at the neighboring supermarket car park but paid over 2 hours.

The premise was clean at first but we needed to do all the cleaning afterwards. The same towels and linens needed to be used during the whole stay and we could not get any other towels. One of the towels and pillowcases were significantly torn. There were no detergents for handwash, laundry and the dishwasher. The noise from the street was disturbing. The light from the washing machine rooms never turns off and there was no switch. The wardrobe was not enough for 4 people. The rules were declared before arrival a few times with a serious contract but the services/materials that will not be provided as explained above were not informed.

Nice and tidy, very helpful staff.

Very nice, elegant , fairly well-equipped, quiet area, clean, good and fast communication with people in charge.

A bit more attention to details maybe. For example, the furniture in the bathroom is minimal, there is no place where you can put personal things.

Apartment itself is ok

We travel with a child from different country, oa arrival we could not get to the property, because the owner send us the code just from the main door, but not from apartment. When I phone her, she like a robot was repeated the same come from the bottom main door and didn't want give me the code from the locker, which is located by the apartment door! Me and my child very badly needed toilet after traveling and the lady on a phone just didn't give us a code and hung the phone down. I tried to call again and again, but she didn't bother to answer. That was very rude of her. She didn't ever try to help. She didn't give us a code from the locker. My child was sitting on stairs and crying 😢. We don't know the area, we didn't know where is toilet, we couldn't get to the property which we paid for. I tried to text her over booking, but she didn't bother to reply for a while. And she was keep saying use the code from the bottom door. But it didn't work and by the door was the locker. So logically the key from the door should be there. I asked her to give us the code from the locker about 20 times, but she didn't want to give!!!!!! She is horrible person. No code was sent on instructions on a booking day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After an hour of me texting her, that she finally gave the locker code. Honestly, this is not acceptable at all!!!!! Child was crying for an hour on a stairs. The lady didn't give us just a simple locker code, which she should sent already before on instructions email, but nothing was there. Good luck to everyone one with this horrible owner!!!!!!!!!

Good Location. Very responsive host.

Lots of mosquitoes coming from ground floor / outside bins (not sure), but we choose not to open windows anymore after 1st night; so, in the end, A/C unit was cooling entire apartment.
