Cosy 1 Bedroom in the West End

Nice enough apartment in a decent location.

Really let down by extremely poor hosts. Booked the room for three people at a very high price. On arrival, no towels for third person. Contacted host who said they would be delivered - they weren’t. Then got told an engineer would need to come into the apartment the next morning to carry out work … while all of our stuff was there. No warning about this previously. Repeatedly asked for this to be changed - it wasn’t. Repeatedly asked for towels - they never came. Contacted hosts several times when we came home but zero resolution.

Suggest to management that communication & responses could be better so we can be more prepared with items to bring along. Sheets & blanket for sofa bed were scrunched up in the cupboard, not sure if they were clean. Washing detergent & rubbish bags were not provided despite telling us they would be. Messy laundry room.

The instructions to access the key box were incorrect and the phone number given for help was not answering

It was a great spot for getting around Edinburgh

We had no hot water or heating the first night and had to sort out the heating for a shower in the morning. The towels were damp that were left on the bed for us to use. There was no soap to wash your hands and no coffee.

Location excellent

Instructions for getting the keys were incorrect - took over an hour to get into the property. No bin liners, dishwasher tablets or hand soap provided. Number provided for issues wasn't answered. Overall property is poorly managed and serviced.

The location of the appartement is really good, close to the tram and bus stop, even the airport tram stops there. It is near the historical centre and you can walk anywhere to sightsee the most of Edinburgh.

The appartment wasn'nt prepated for 4 people, we had to make bed in the living room, look for blankets, make bed sheets and pillows covers.
