False advertising rooms with sofa beds. Didn’t say anything about not having them before I payed I found out once I got to my room.

The staff were super friendly and professional. The rooms were large and clean. Wonderful restaurants , nearby , close enough to walk to. The freeway was within one mile to travel , north or south on I 10.

The only thing I would say that I would change is it would be nice to have some shampoo or cream rinse for the shower, but other than that everything was perfect.

We had a kitchenette in our room and it was very clean.

Very convenient and clean and a good value to be right in the middle of all our Phoenix and Spring training activities. Very functional room with good air conditioning and a mini kitchen! Manager the next morning was great☺️

Checking in on the day of our arrival was very stressful. We had called earlier to confirm our reservation and had a confirmation from the property for our stay 3 days before our arrival on 3/12 through the booking.com app. The front desk worker at 4:30 on 3/15 said we had been canceled on January 12th - and no longer had a reservation. We eventually got our room thanks to help and confirmation from Booking. The stay was great and the hotel manager on 3/17 was very kind

NEVER GO THERE, IT'S NOT SAFE AT ALL AND THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS ⚠️⚠️⚠️ On November 24, 2025, I booked a room in this motel through Booking.com for last night (March 16-17, 2026) and they cancelled my reservation on January 27, 2026, without noticing me nor Booking.com, and upon arrival at the front desk, they asked me to pay $135 instead of $82.35 as written on my reservation, I refused and they left me on the street for 3 hours and a half despite that I drove 10 hours to reach Phoenix, very tired, and have to take a 15 hours flight tomorrow at Sky Harbor. I even had to call the police on them and find somewhere else through Booking.com (thank you to the Booking.com team who did the best they could to help me and got me a refund and another place to stay for the same price). When they saw that I became mad (without any threat) they even called security on me. The manager refused to give me any compensation and hang up on the phone while I called today. That's unacceptable and I will never book at a Motel 6 again. I'm going to ruin your reputation on all social medias and reviews !

The pool and location

Our room wasent cleaned well, especially the floors. The internet went out several times during our stay and the only option for tv is internet based, so no TV. Front door was broken at one point and doesn't seem like it closes all the way unless it's dead bolted for room 308.

Check out

Dirty sheets, dirty floors, broken elevator, open holes in walls where there had been construction done. TV didn’t work until front desk came up to fix it. No breakfast as was advertised on line when I booked, no amenities in room, had to go to front desk for hair dryer etc. not at all like advertized on line where I booked. Fraudulent in my opinion! I have pictures to document everything I am saying.
