Convenient location, has quiet rooms upon request.

Dirty room, poor staff communication, no shampoo in the room, no utensils in the room. The whole experience is just off and unprofessional. Could not even find my reservation at first.

Location is excellent, there was a highway close, as well as various stores and a few restorants in close proximity. There are a swimming pool and jacuzzi on premises.

House keeping was pretty bad. We could not get our room cleaned until a hotel manager intervened. Also there were No sofabed as advertised. And very bad light in the kitchen
