Nice amenities in the room with a nice desk, chair, lamp, hangers and a clothes rack, and a nice board with small hooks etc Room is clean and new. Nice common area - dining table, basic kitchen, fridge

No window. Some of the showers didn't work? Or not easily operated... Not simply turning on the faucet... Staff didn't reply to all my messages. Had asked them to leave a plug adaptor in my room 24 hours before check in but they didn't reply and didn't leave one.

Really good location. Air con works well. If you are just looking for a bed for the night at a cheaper rate then this is a good option.

Bed sheets and towels were old and stained and the shared bathrooms could definitely use a deep clean/upgrade. Toilet paper very rarely re stocked/available and when it was it was often wet from the showers. The doors use a digital key pad system, ours was incredibly temperamental causing lots of additional anxiety about getting back into the room. It also repeatedly told us it needed new batteries and didn’t show the full key pad, when we asked the property via WhatsApp to replace the batteries they said it wasn’t needed. Remote check in set up means there are rarely any staff at the property so no one could take a look at the lock for us. The walls are very thin which mostly wasn’t a problem as people were quiet except our first night where someone downstairs was shouting for about an hour at a really late hour. This made us feel quite uneasy given the fact that we knew the key pad to the lobby was broken and anyone could get in - I believe this has since been fixed.
