The location is very good, comfortable bed and Aized who manages the front desk was very helpful and always happy.

I had several very cool showers, but it was my fault, water pressure was good and the showers are clean

Outdoor so good. I like it the wing chair for 3 hours makes me fell good nice place

В хостеле никого не было, когда мы приехали и дверь была закрыта. Так как не было интернета у нас, мы с вещами пошли искать доступ в интернет в каком нибудь кафе и только через час зайдя в интернет мы узнали, что приходило сообщение о самостоятельной регистрации с кодом домофона от двери. Номер неплохой, всё как заявлено в описании

Никого не было на ресепшен при заселении, видели только уборщика издалека, но он нас не услышал, когда мы стучали в дверь чтобы нам открыли

The accommodation does not reflect the reality of the bathrooms. They are terrible. There are four bathrooms with the shower directly above the toilet, so every time you go everything is wet. There’s nowhere to put your toiletries, meaning you basically have to use the toilet as a shelf (disgusting). The shower door is very old and dirty, and the toilet paper is always wet because it’s constantly in contact with the water. On top of that, the walls of the rooms are paper-thin — you can hear absolutely everything. And let’s not forget there are only toilets on the ground floor, so if you need to go at night you have to walk across the whole floor and go downstairs to the “death bathroom.” I would not come back.

Lobby was really amazing. The swing and the kitchen facilities were amazing. There are some pamphlets to guide you. The room was small but very comfortable. Bed was soft and linen was clean. Aircon was really amazing. Location was perfect. Close enough to everything like the Jetties, Armenian street and street art, but quiet enough to get rest and relax. And the price was good value for money. We took the 204 bus from the mall close by to Penang Hill(which is a MUST visit) and it cost us Rm2 per person. No hectic traffic or queues.

Our room 204(upper floor)used a manual key and the position to insert the key was a bit awkward but it's not a issue. The main thing was an inconsiderate guest that would run at 5am in the morning like an elephant and it would wake us up. The entire place isn't soundproofed but it's really not that bad... It was only this guest that was a bit annoying. But overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again. (Especially since they have multiple locations all over Malaysia)
