Location. Nice apartment

Unfortunately the tv got smashed a couple days before arrival

perfect for location, apartment had everything needed for the stay. hosts were so lovely and check in was super easy.

Nicely designed and laid out. Pictures were accurate. Communication from Imran was excellent - we were able to check in earlier than expected and he was polite and quick to respond to messages. Getting the key was easy enough, parking was free and fine even on a Saturday night. The flat was clean and well laid out, and the best thing was how well stocked it was. There was loads of toilet roll, kitchen roll, cereal, muesli, tea, coffee, sugar, squash. Also lots of soap, shower gel, shampoo etc & two first aid kits. We didn’t use any of the appliances but appreciate a dishwasher and washing machine as travelling with kids. The location was fantastic for us, close to family that we were visiting and the view onto the dock was lovely. There are restaurants along the dock front. Would be a lovely place to stay in summer too. Finally, it was lovely and quiet - one or two cars outside was the most noise we heard - no sound at all from other flats or people moving around in hallways etc which was appreciated.

There were air fresheners throughout the apartment, which did not fully mask what smelt like cigarettes. We were given to understand that it was being given a deep clean, however various items were left out on surfaces including food, which evidently belonged to the cleaner, make up and an air freshener spray. Long fair hair was found on the bottom sheet of the bed. Also things like the hoover and laundry basket should have been put away in the cupboard. Key pick up & drop off was 2 miles away, a fact that we were not informed about until the day of the let. Disappointing.

Beautiful laid out and the view is amazing.

The only downside at all was some items within the property did smell of cigarettes. This wasn’t everywhere and didn’t smell as a whole.
