The property was lovely and welcoming, the view was amazing. Lovely little touches for example, teabags and coffee for us. So clean and lovely and warm.

"100% fitted the bill for my over-night stay in Ipswich."

Size of accommodation, comfort (reminded me to get a new mattress for my own bed) and very well equipped. Easy to park. Interesting view of the marina. Very quiet (even on a Saturday night). Nice selection of venues to grab a drink within easy walking distance.

Couldn't work the lovely big telly - my technical inability and the need to register my own Sounds and BBC iPlayer details to log-in. Could have done with a smart speaker.

Very pleasant apartment, comfortable, well equipped and clean. Nice view over river/marina.

Parked easily in street outside, but sometimes few places left to park. I believe there is a dedicated parking space but not sure of its location.

"A quality serviced apartment in a prime location on the historic Ipswich waterfront."

The location is spot on for visitors to the historic Ipswich waterfront. Panoramic views of the river and boats. Our stay of three adults had us all delighted with the accommodation and thoughtful amenities which catered for our every need. We will definitely be returning.
