The accommodation was just as it was advertised. Excellent location for our purpose. Clean, comfortable and provided everything we required. The host was very helpful and easy to contact . Complimentary tea/coffee was a lovely touch

Cozy like home

Very nice, cosy, modern apartment, good little touches to make the flat look nice and pretty. Flat smelt really nice, had fragrance plugs all around, heaters all worked which were needed in December, massive TV, with a marble pattered rug which was very stylish. The bedroom looked really nice too, enough hanging space, alarm clock, wardrobe, lamps, soft carpet. to get keys was easy too, code given days in advance, so knew exactly what to do, photos of where the lock is, where the door is given, so easy to find. Host has done super job. The best bit was host left some treats for us, so had porridge, nuts, cereal bars, crisps, sweets, on top of the usual teas and cofees, a very thoughtful touch. The stay exceeded my expectations, I would definitely return if I had to visit Birmingham again.
