"Not what is expected of booking.com. Bathroom was unfinished . Holes look like they were filled by a 3 year old and pain"

Items were left in fridge and cupboards from past people, handles to cupboards were grimy, beds were extremely uncomfortable (bumpy)

"Very easy access good hosts who are available all the time, and clean and up-kept facility."

To collect keys it was easy they gave me their number and the code we let ourselves in and out.

Booking was cancelled within hours stating they had an air bnb booking too so are confirming that one instead- after checking I can see they will get more ££ from this . Disgusting behaviour. Now leaving a family short of money to book an alternative for a break in 6 days time
