The place was very clean apart from a moldy pizza found in the oven! The glass in the oven door was loose and kept coming out. One television was nor east to use. Host was helpful and gave a small refund due to the above. Place was comfortable and clean apart from oven problem. Overall despite above say seven out of ten. If not for above, nine out of ten.

No moldy pizza in oven and glass in oven not falling out. Instructions for use of television would help.

Location excellent clean and not too fussy all essentials present

Heating temperature was difficult to control once it was on

Clean property, comfy bed x owners super quick replies and clear instructions to enter property

Shower temperature was hard to get the temperature I wanted but it may have just been me I'm not sure was hot and cold x

Location was perfect for getting to city centre by tram/bus. Good local dining options and close to motorway.

No explanation on how central heating worked other than switch on constant. This I did for the first evening and, as the thermostat didn't work, the heating was on full blast all night and was too hot. Eventually, after altering the clock on the controls and the settings for twice on I managed to get it to work as it should but still without temp control. Also the microwave and oven had no power to them which meant I had to find which switch to use. Would help if all were marked and instructions provided.

Not very clean outdoor area at the entrance of the house

Everything I needed , tv, bed.. shower etc

Rear fence all broken down side to customer house .. garden overgrown .. cracked bathroom tiles , cut my little toe, not badly but enough to make a mess.. just needs a little bit more TLC
