ZAThe location was brilliant
We were allowed to leave our bags at 10am however only booked in at 2...we gave the cleaner sufficient time to clean.upon our arrival we had noticed that there were no clean or dry towels available for us. The towels were still in the dryer with clothing items that belonged to someone else. The microwave didn't work and this was a nightmare as we could not warm the babies milk or reheat our food hence a lot of wastage. There was no toilet paper even though we were advised that additional toilet paper was in the cupboard which it was not. No bathroom toiletries available even though it appears on the ad. The bathroom shower had a nasty stench. The couches were extremely damp hence have off a very nasty smell to the extent that you found it hard to sit on. The aicon didn't work..this was not listed...the two bedrooms seem to have a mosquito problem as we spent the greater part of the night killing mosquitos and the blinds in the room don't seem to have been cleaned in months. The sliding door in the main bathroom didn't open. No brooms or mops available to clean the apartment which just leaves dirt all over the place .very very very unpleasant.

There were no glasses to drink from. Only 2 coffe mugs. The blinds in the front rooms were broken and one can see throufh it into the room so no privacy. There were no towels, they were still wet and.smelled terrible in the dryer

MZZAWe were booked in at 12, and they did not have the apartment cleaned by the time we arrived. They were still bizzy cleaning until after 14:45. The towels were still in the tumble dryer. We had to take them out to use. We did not have a key for the veranda,so we could not use it. Me and my family felt really bad paying so much for one night at a place like that. It was a shock for us walking into a mess in what it was,disgusting!!!
