Property is not taken care of, no air con Over priced 1 star venue with Broken furniture. Very badly maintained. Only cleaned the place next day after complaining, they should have cleaned it at least before CheckIn

The blinds in the bedroom are broken and donโt close properly, the mugs are cracked and chipped, the toilet seat is broken, there was only 1 bath towel provided but there were 6 of us, the dustbin drawer hinge is broken so when you open the dustbin the whole drawer falls out onto you, the showers donโt have racks to keep your toiletries on so you have to keep it all on the shower floor, the quality of the duvet and pillows are poor.

The manager Luke was not helpful, he could not move the dates .. I then decided to go that Saturday so my son can have the apartment, the keys were not available because Luke double booked the apartment . He promised to refund and I still havenโt received my refund yet . He said booking.com will refund me โฆ please advise on the status of my refund. Thanks !
