Trendy in Tremont, CLE (Lower)

Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our time. I was really impressed with the accommodations. I found it really interesting that we were only 2/10 miles away from the house of A Christmas Story!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay while in Cleveland!!

Nothing I didn't like

Spacious clean unit with natural lighting. I felt so at home and staying here made my visit to Cleveland feel extra special. I will definitely stay again. Walking distance to restaurants like Rowleys, and cocktail bars like Velvet Tango Room and Literary Tavern. Excellent central location. The host was extremely helpful and fast responses

A door in the bedroom connects to an upstairs unit. there is a sign on the door telling guests to keep the door locked unless you booked both units. Never had an issue with people in the other unit but was initially concerned. I assume the door connect to a hallway/stairs leading to the other unit but was unable to confirm. The basement washing machine pipes leak a small pool of water in the corner of the basement under the foosball table. These issues were very minor the place is still 10/10

Located right down the street from A Christmas Story House and Rowley Inn! We walked down there almost every night, great pub, great staff and exceptional food! It gets packed but well worth it, and was even featured on Diner’s, Drive-Ins and Dives! The apartment was super cute, cozy and clean! I slept the best I have in years, and I have an expensive mattress at home. Snuggled on the couch and watched Christmas movies at night, but the crisp air knocked us out good, coming from the heat and humidity of Florida.

Nothing much we didn’t like, just be aware that it’s two levels, come in the side door (we were in the lower apartment) and either go up 4 steps into the kitchen, then to the living room/dining room and bedroom. Or go down about 8 steps to basement where the sitting area is and the bathroom. Having to go down in the middle of the night you have to be careful, the floors are nice, but slippery if you have on socks or bare feet. Wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have issues with stairs it could be a problem.

Extremely clean, modern design. Was able to do my laundry here !

The street parking is a bit crowded, no TV in basement.

Was great that it was walking distance to the Christmas Story house.

Did not care for the downstairs bathroom. Was not convienyant during the night.

Nice little place with a great location. We were able to drive to downtown Cleveland in about 5 minutes. Nice, quiet street, a few blocks from the Christmas Story house.
