"Absolutely amazing!"

This property was absolutely beautiful, clean and included everything one would need for a weekend away. Leslie, the host, was so kind and helpful, making sure we knew that if we needed absolutely anything, she was available. I will definitely be returning and recommending this rental to others.

The owner was very responsive and kind! The house was perfect to what we needed for our stay here in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! Loved the smores and coffee! Hot tub was nice!

Everything! It was a beautiful cabin, Leslie was easy to get in touch with and my kids loved it.

That we weren't able to stay longer. I would have loved a few more days, but our budget wouldn't allow it.

The location was beautiful, the drive was ok.

The bed was not made with clean sheets and couldn't find extra linen to change the bedding. The cabin was at about 48degrees when we arrived and all we could find were space heaters. When I tried to contact someone with booking.com on my phone all I got was an AI! My phone died while we were at the cabin and we finally went to a local hotel and stayed 2 nights and came home. Wasn't happy at all!!

Great location and very quiet.

We arrived at 10pm to find dirty sheets from previous guests alongside left over food, party wear, two lamps that weren't working and a hot tub that needed a really good clean. I contacted the owner straight away with photos. The owner got in touch with the cleaners who said they'd cleaned. The cleaners offered to come out but couldn't get to us until midnight which was too late for us to stay up. We put towels on the bed we slept in. We woke in the morning to find bed linen outside of the cabin which I can confirm was clean - this did mean we had to change the beds ourself which wasn't ideal. I found the owner to be exceptionally defensive and at no point offered an apology which would have gone a long way. Booking.com have confirmed they tried to speak to the owner about this issue but there was no conversation from the owners part. This place will be fine if all is OK when you stay but don't expect any support or recognition that something is wrong on the property side if anything goes wrong. For this latter reason I'd recommend staying in another of the many lovely cabins close by. I perhaps should have realised the owner would be difficult if anything went wrong due to the unnecessarily lengthy, litigious and down right over the top booking 'contract'
