Aldea San Lam - Oasis Of Tulum

Good value for the price and very quiet, to be recommended only if you are renting a car as isolated from the main center and for sake if clarity you can park you car in front of the house but not to be considered as a closed one.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. But this is because it is far from the city center. I had a car and distance was not an issue. But I would not want to walk to the main street because it is far. I would not want to walk the distance at night either.

The listing is misleading. It calls the property a hotel which is not. It is more like an Airbnb. Thinking it was a hotel I expected a reception. There was none. Only a locked gate with several slot boxes. I was luck there was a person entering the property who told me to check the email for instructions on how to get the keys. Well, the information was at the very end of the email. I think the ad must be changed to clearly state this is an Airbnb property and not a hotel. This will help future guests understand where they are staying

The pool and yard area are lovely, and the room is spacious with available cookware for convenience. The host was very friendly, and communication was seamless. The parking space was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free

The noise from the street can be heard in the bedroom, which may be bothersome for light sleepers. Additionally, the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, but the host promptly addressed and attempted to fix the issue, which I truly appreciated. The kitchen utensils could have been cleaner

The best host- all questions have been solved in no time.

Would suggest to invest in kitchen appliances.

Very well appointed - everything you need for a short stay and rooms were stylish and comfortable. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Good parking available.

The property is a little way of town but it’s still well within walking distance. The wifi was also patchy at times in some parts of the apartment.
