Aldea San Lam - Oasis Of Tulum

The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The staff answered to our request promptly. The bike rental was a bonus!

It would be great to have cooking oil, pepper and basic seasonings in the kitchen.

The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. The shower had hot water with great pressure. The bed was comfortable, had air conditioning and a smart tv. The pool area had deck chairs and hammocks. We also rented bicycles from the hotel and the process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here on our vacation and we loved being close enough to the busy area that we could walk for food every night but also far enough away that it was very peaceful when we were ready to sleep! Great service here! And a truly beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful apartment and the whole spot - oasis is a good name. A bit further from the busy streets which was golden. Very clean and welcoming.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Rooms are big and kitchen has just enough to cook a breakfast, but not more. It is a bit far from everything, but we had a car and for us it was perfect

Nothing really. The only point, you are not allowed to dry cloth outside of the room and in this case your room and all the chairs are covered in your cloth 😅 but it’s not really disturbing, but would be nice if the hotel will find the way to dry cloth somewhere outside the room

Amazing host and beautiful location.

The position is a bit isolated and far from the center. We had to rent a scooter which was not in our plans.
