21KR Bed and Breakfast, close to beach, town centre and golf

Claire and Mark run a lovely, friendly B&B. The house is clean and nicely furnished and the facilities are fine. Continental style breakfasts are ample and tasty. there's even an extremely friendly cat to meet and greet you. Claire was a delightful host and we had many interesting conversations. Altogether a lovely stay.

We liked everything. Kylrimont Road is on the South side of St Andrews about 17 minutes walk from the castle and about 25 minutes walk to the Botanic Gardens.

Location was great. Claire and Mark were incredible hosts.

Our hosts renovated their home to be a guest house- 3 guest rooms, I think? It has a kitchen for guests and a delightful backyard. Our room was clean and modern, private, comfortable and had everything we needed. Claire was a really delightful host. She went out of the way to help us and made recommendations for places we could go. She was warm and accommodating. Some people may see the listing and be put off by it because it is not in the center of town. But it’s only a 15 minute walk to town center and parking is dreadful downtown. so really, it’s much easier to keep your car at the guest house and walk into town.

The room was small and didn't have storage or cupboard.

The owner Claire was lovely, she welcomed us to her home which was spotless,and close to the beach,and the town centre. Dill the cat was lovely to we enjoyed her company .

Can't think of anything,.The description of everything, when i was looking for somewhere lived up to the expectations.

The hosts were absolutely lovely, you would not find better

The room we were in had a sloping roof,if you we tall probably would not suit and the bathroom was separate which some people may not like, but it was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

An exceptional stay. Claire and Mark are wonderful hosts. The room was immaculately clean and provided comfort and privacy. Breakfast was superb, served with a welcoming smile for guests to enjoy and mingle.

I highly recommend staying here! Claire and her husband were absolutely wonderful hosts, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. One of the highlights was the breakfast it was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. You can tell they put their hearts into creating a great experience for their guests. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m already planning to come back. If I could give more than five stars, I would 10/10 doesn’t even do it justice!
