We absolutely enjoyed our stay at 21KR B&B. The breakfast was perfect to get (the freshly baked bread was a bonus, and the just ripened tomato they grew and shared with us was delicious). We had such a fun time talking with Claire & Mark - they had excellent recommendations for St. Andrews, but also great recommendations for Endinburgh where we went next. Plus all the historical stories from Claire were so animated & interesting. Our room was very comfortable, immaculately clean and decorated so that it created a calm & welcoming vibe. We were .6 miles to the beginning of town which was ok for us to get the steps in, but we can imagine we would need to taxi in inclement weather. We are happy to do that so we can stay again - which we will do as our son just started fresher year at St Andrews University. We felt like we were staying with family (that we like 😀) and we could tell the other guests enjoyed the atmosphere as well - we were all happy and friendly and in a great mood the entire stay. Well done!

Maybe being closer to town, but now that we have stayed at 21KR, it doesn’t matter.

Clare and Mark; fantastic hosts creating a warm welcoming athmosphare. Great breakfast. Easy to park. Calm and quiet area. Solved our problems with a smile. Best B&B I have experienced.

The hosts were wonderfully welcoming. They were extremely accomodating regarding breakfast time and served a lovely breakfast.

The room, while beautifully clean and nicely presented, was very small for 2 people to be comfortable. The road facing room beside the front door did not really offer the privacy we would have liked. Overall, compared to other b&b’s we stayed in, it was overpriced for value received.

"Bright happy home xx"

Our hòsts claire and mark were very friendly but not in your face friendly nothing was too much bother, excellent hosts xx

Wasent a big issue but we didnt have on suite but our bathroon was right next to our roim and was private to our room xx
