Ryokan style hotel, gives us the vibes of a Ryokan but modernised. Love the stay and area, which was away from the main parts of Kyoto so it was a little quieter. Easy access to the city centre by bus. Slightly further from the city centre but overall excellent stay.

Location is ok. Room is ok.

A bit dusty for tatami in some area in the room but overall is fine. Suitable for 2-3 people, 4 is a bit tight. Finding staff is a bit difficult. Contact by line is easier.

The cleanliness, the accessibility, and everything I needed were in the room. The staff was very, they forgot some stuff but it was alright. They gave us ice cream as apologises. :)

Their response time in the morning is late. So, they could help us until late morning.

Good location, close to a railway station. Great restaurants very close by. Luxurious bathroom was a nice touch too.

Very poor WiFi connectivity.

Very clean and also has everything you need.

The high ladder ones don’t fit for old people and the exit lights all night faced the bed. Location is a little far from the famous places.
