Everything was great, clean and very nice place, close to the station. The owners helped resolving all the problems i had ! i would recommend it and come back :)

The units are spacious and thoughtfully designed for that felt experience of being in a traditional setting, yet with modern amenities. Straw and wood hues lend a calming effect on your senses. The bathroom has a modern bathtub that you either get into to soothe your body or just soak your feet in. Good toiletries and an ample stock of toothbrushes, combs and vanity kits. You leave your shoes at the entrance and slide into slippers. You feel clean!

There are no cupboards for guests to keep clothes when they unpack. This would be okay for overnight stays, but is a bother otherwise. You also have to nimble and flexible to be able to sit on the floor or the bed mats. The location isn’t bad - short walk from Umekoji station and two bus stops. But some of the restaurants in the vicinity have gone out of business. The Family Mart and 711 stores are small. It leaves you with limited options.

The room was amazing! We were so tempted to just stay in the room all day because it was so lovely and cozy. The futon beds were very comfortable! It’s a 10 min walk to a train station and there’s a family mart next to it.

Not a lot to do in the area, so you usually do have to take a train/bus to find something to do.

The bamboo bathtub is lovely. The whole room feels so spacious and homey, would definitely come back in the future. The cleaning service was fantastic and the staff was very helpful.
