great location right by the seafront with ample car park space, close walk to restaurants; friendly and helpful staff; free sauna and gym room; big enough room and comfy beds; our room was rear twin and it was quiet except for few cars driving by at night

"Ramsgate break"

Good location, with seaview rooms front row, but high up the hill, helpful staff, air-conditioned. New fitted bathroom.

Some dust in the room, air-condition filter required to be changed and it was not, oldish furniture. About the hotel location, 20 minutes walk to the center of the city and the harbour. Down the hill beach with many steps.
