Property is beautifully, decorated and well equipped. Location is great too

IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. The stairs are very steep and narrow, also we were unaware that the bathroom is downstairs, causing a great deal of difficulty for a couple of us. There is also some large steps to deal with to access entrance. Their seems to be a strong smell of gas inside the property too, maybe needs checking? I didn’t see a carbon monoxide monitor?

It was like a home from home Perfect location

The toilets were a little bit far from the bedrooms

Location was great and the supplies that were left was a nice touch The dressing gowns were a nice touch too It had a spacious and neat garden although we didn’t get to use it due to the wet weather The rooms were all very spacious and beautifully decorated and designed although having some of the pieces ( ornaments and lighting ) were available to buy with price tags on which was a bit odd Great to have a separate toilet as well as one in the bathroom even though it was very small /compact

Parking but that was due to it being a Victorian terrace and in a residential road with no parking for regular residents No privacy glass on the front door so you could see through all the way to the bathroom which was located at the rear of the house There were some me nails sticking up through the carpet on the stairs (we think from the gripper rods) and also one in the hallway in the wooden floor by the kitchen door

Lovely house, really nicely styled and furnished. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice garden, lots of space. Bed and pillows were amazing! Nice welcome pack with milk, bread, biscuits, crisps and orange juice.

Sofa wasnt very comfortable but the arm chairs were good. No toilet upstairs but can’t be helped. Wasn’t hoovered properly

Lovely well presented house, house well stocked and in fab location close to the beech and town centre. Great comfy beds and 3 food size bedrooms. We will definitely stay again.

Would have liked lock's in toilet and bathroom doors for privacy when showering. Additional front door key would be fab.

Lovely, warm comfortable stay. We still had a great time in around Hunstanton but appreciated the house all the more as the weather wasn't the best for our weekend away. A treat to return each day to a warm cosy house that had everything we needed.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

extremely well equipped house...decor throughout was just lovely.... extra touches like dressing gowns and a welcome pack gratefully received. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend ...
