Location

Nothing major was wrong . There is a musky smell throughout and the bathroom sewage smell is vile but we only used as a base for somewhere to sleep

Location, cosy decor

The chalet had a horrible smell coming from the kitchen sink area meaning we couldn't use the kitchen or lounge. Whilst they've since said they have fixed the cause of the smell, they shouldn't have rented it out to us for the weekend given there were signs someone knew about the issue already existing. If the smell wasn't there, the chalet would have provided us with a pleasant weekend. However this company clearly chose profits over customer service.

Location perfect, chalet awesome but Wi-Fi didn’t work so the 8 year old holly was not amused 🤷🏻‍♂️ Other than that, I’ll be back.
