Well sadly to say the only part about this we like was the location

There were a lot of issues. The place was unhygienic, unsafe and in very poor condition. I expected soap to wash my hands with but there was none provided, and considering covid is still around you would have thought this would’ve been most prioritised. The sofa was falling apart and smelt of urine, plus one out of the 4 chairs had a broken leg, this resulted in my partner hurting herself! Both of the gas bottles were out of gas, there was not even enough gas to cook a meal on the first day of using the cooker, which then also stopped the boiler. We were left cold, hungry and unsatisfied that we couldn’t have a shower because of this and most of all upset having false hope from the accommodators. There was no out of hours phone number to correct the issues because of this. kindly put, I would not recommend going here!

Just the top step of the decking needs repairing before someone falls and hurts themselves.

The location was perfect for what we needed, the site is nice and the caravan is a good size.

The bed was horrible, we got a bad back the first night tried the sofa whcih wasnt any better the second night and had to leave a night early cause we couldn't sleep on the hard mattress/bed sofa it was like sleeping on board of wood....and the towel holder in the main bathroom was broken.

Great location, close to the beach. Perfect for a quiet getaway.

The location was what we wanted as we were visiting family

The property was of an acceptable standard of cleanliness but very dated with some repair and decoration needed The entrance door had no catch behind it and kept slamming shut so we put a 2 litre water bottle there to hold it The double bed in the bedroom was very hard but that could be a preference issue We had no boiler the night we arrived so needed to contact first thing the following morning, by the time we got back in the evening it had been fixed but we never received an update during the day so we were unsure if we were going to leave that evening or not until we got back at 7pm My partner has a neurological illness and almost fell of the outside bench seating at the table as it is wobbly and rickety The main seating/sofa inside was actually quite dirty and smelt stale, this was probably the only issue we had with cleanliness but still unpleasant The property was situated on the end corner of a walk way so would get busy with people walking/talking up to and back from the seafront which was a disturbance early in the morning but perhaps not something we would have paid too much attention to if the bed was more comfortable and could go back to sleep We were only staying from a Friday night to a Sunday morning but we got up and left earlier than planned
