Not enough details on how to use hot water and heating, information given wasn’t relevant Had to keep asking for help Shower was scolding !! TV didn’t work until we got further information about how to sort it? Ariel cables hanging out of back of TV Bathroom towel rail falling off

Location really good , self catering, everything we needed was there , value for money caravan was in a great location just a short walk to the beach the dogs loved it , town was close by lovely walks
The only thing wrong was there were no security lights on the caravan very dark when coming back

If anyone stays in 68 I feel sorry for you, location is right by Birds Eye factory so you get the smell of what ever there cooking, also we thought we would be by a nice beach, when in fact it’s large rocks and bricks the other side of wall. Only great thing was weather
Fact that company lied and said there wasn’t bed bugs at property and it was riddled with it, they couldn’t help when reported and fact made to feel like your going mad.

I think it has the best position on the site. We did not have a dog but if we had, its position was ideal. There was a problem with the hot water supply but the maintenance company were good at fixing it.

The whole experience was appalling. There was nothing to like. Smelly duvets stained with blood, bed bugs, no toilet roll, toilet brush, sheets, etc. My daughter and her mom got bitten by bed bugs. We sent photos and complained. We have completely been ignored by this company. AVOID THEM.
I hated everything. Worst bit was getting bitten by bed bugs.
