Le personnel a fait preuve d’un manque d’accueil, d’écoute et de courtoisie. J’ai plusieurs fois demandé le nettoyage de ma chambre, ce qui n’a jamais été le cas pendant tout mon séjour.

Only thing we liked was the Clean bedding.

Everything else was very disappointing, extremely noisy and old air conditioners. What exactly are they doing with the money they get? No staff visible at all, if we had any issues there was no one to even go to. Asked the manager for missing things such as cups and he couldn’t provide. Extremely disappointing and poor location too. Not worth the money at all.
