Fair for the price point and good staff and the room were actually very spacious

Not that many outlet next to bed only one and its above like 2 meters from ground. No table between bed no outlet the area between the beds weren’t clean at all under the pillow i found hair so the area was not cleant most likley because there werent enough time to clean. The property werent ready until 6:08 pm even though they know that we will arrive at 4:00 pm and we exchanged talks so they know about our arrival time

One of the rooms was very good

1. The caretaker lied with me, my mother is in a wheelchair, and she cannot walk. I was told that there is disabled access. There was no disabled access. 2. I was extremely tired when i reached the property, the supervisor kept on insisting to pay immediately which was very irritating. I was staying with my family, he could have waited for some time atleast half an hour, for the payment to be made. 3. I forgot my keys for one of the rooms inside. I have to drive with my family for sohor. I was told by the caretaker that the supervisor's time is over and they cannot help me. I requested him that i am waiting outside with my family. After insisting, he sent the supervisor.

لم أسكن في نفس المكان الي معروض في بوكينج حيث ذكروا وجود اعطال في الفندق المعروض في بوكينج ووجهوني لمكان إقامة بديل وعند السكن تبين اختلاف المواصفات كما لايوجد عقد إلكتروني للايجار عندهم

كل شي لايعجب. م أسكن عمدهم اصلا حيث كان لي حجز عندهم في اليوم الذي يسبق ولم يقيمون في نفس المكان الي معروض في بوكينج وعند السكن تبين اختلاف المواصفات كما لايوجد عقد إلكتروني للايجار عندهم
