"Great place for good value!"

Good Location, right in the village centre, all local shops, pubs just metres away. Happy about private parking, very handy. Appartment was clean and met all our expectations! As extra bonus was little private back garden.

"Comfortable apartment in a great location to explore the nearby area"

Fabulous location for exploring Formby and Liverpool. The NT beach is fabulous. Comfortable and well appointed. Proved ideal for our long weekend. Slept well as it was beautifully quiet despite being in close proximity to the shops and bars.

Not really anything to dislike.

Great location - great apartment - everything you needed, comfy beds, parking space, fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine too. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

"Great apartment to stay with free parking."

The apartment is in a quiet position, although it's in the centre of formby, just a minute from a Wetherspoon, 2-3 min. from a Boots, just five-is minutes walk from a Whiterose supermarket. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. It has its own parking space in the fenced yard. The beds are comfortable and bathroom's with an electric shower, very easy to use. With my family we visited Farmer Ted's Shaun the Sheep Adventure Park.

The dining table is quite oversized for the room, not very functional, but it's no problem really. The knives in the kitchen are weirdly blunt (I would imagine some sort of safety measure). I just struggled peeling an apple. :D

"A good but basic flat"

Excellent location and kitted out well.

The furniture is a little tatty and the shower needs regrouping. Bedding could be more luxurious.
