Tv didn’t work.
USI like one particular staff and that was Paul he was friendly and considerate. The room was clean and spacious with a view of the city.
I didn’t like the fact that one of the staff stole my earbuds the moment I checked out. I accidentally left the earbuds on the bed and by the time I realized it and called the hotel; which was less than 1 hr they stole it. Unprofessional!!!!!!!! I was so disgusted by it. Plus the elevator don’t work.

DELage war super. Wegen des Wetters musste ich dringend unterkommen, weil Flüge ausgefallen. Und da war frei. In Laufreichweite zur Jamaica Station, div. Lokalen
Aufzug war ausgefallen und ich war im 5. Stock. Beim Einchecken waren auch keine SChlüsselkarten verfügbar. Daurch musste der Protier mich anch jedem verlassen des Zimmers wieder reinlassen. Nachdem wir gemiensam in den 5. Stock geklettert sind.

Very bad ! Dirty ! And cold rooms!
USI like how convenient it was to everything with metro and food selection. It was in a central area.
The moment I walked in to the hotel, the smell of marijuana was evident. There was loud yelling and music on several floors of the hotel with little regard in respecting quiet hours. The main door was out of service and the elevator was out of service. What if I was traveling with heavy bags and equipment and had no choice but to take the stairs to the 4th floor? it certainly was not convenient and the cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely disgusting.
ESUSThe room was not clean. I have pictures that proved there were a few pairs on the bed. There was blood on the toilet there was hair in the towels.
Pretty much everything, however the staff was nice
