GBIt was good location for getting to JFK! The room was big and bed were big and had a fridge and microwave to use. Heating was good.
They have a room service option where they get delivered food for you but it never made it to my room so I eventually went to reception and got my cold dinner 2 hours later (it was snow storming so a little grace for everyone). The walls are pretty thin - I could hear next door on the phone a lot.
THGot here before check in time because of the snow storm. Staff was helpful, patient and courteous. Allowed me to get into the room when it was ready before check in time. Thank you, especially on a day like today with the heavy winter storm.

All the towels in the bathroom looked as though they had been used by 10 different people consecutively and never washed a single time. Literally many various hairs and stains on the towels. The room also had a bit of a smell.
