Retro 2 BR Home 6 mins to United Center with Parking

The location was ideal for a concert, but the neighborhood was noisy. Would stay again for a short overnight.

the internal door locks were difficult - locked into the bathroom a few times. Older home, but acceptable for an overnight but not a long weekend or week-long business trip. Access to parking difficult to navigate.

Al llegar una d las habitaciones tenia la luz encendida y la cama estaba un poco desarreglada y en la otra hab habia un sofa cama roto y no se veia ni olia a limpio

Lo staff pessimo. Nessuno è venuto a risolvere il problema al portone principale che non si apriva (era bloccato). In sintesi non abbiamo avuto accesso alla struttura e l’host ha incolpato noi per non essere in grado di aprire il portone.

It was comfortable mainly downstairs

There was a leak in the bedroom and the lock was broken to the home when we arrived. She didn’t give clear directions about the alarms and the rail coming up the stairs was broken. The tv downstairs does go in and out and the towel holder in the bathroom is broken

Access and parking is a bit cumbersome and complicated.

The bed was good. I thought I booked an luxe hotel for a high price per night, but it seemed to be an appartement. My fault. In the Booking.com app was a clear description where the key is and where to park the car.

Old building in a poor neighborhood. Internet not stable and everything looks old and used. Very noisy road and rail track nearby, I had to use ear plugs to sleep. I booked with breakfast but there wasn't any.
