"All round superb hotel"

It was very centrally situated and easy to get around Cape Town from that base. The concierge Muneeb was especially kind and helpful. I felt very safe and the staff were all accommodating. The breakfast and restaurant meals were of a very high standard. I extended my stay by an extra night and it all went well and the reception desk facilitated that I would stay in the same room.
