The location was great,very quiet at night and lovely sitting on the balcony early morning with a cup of tea!!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

Lovely and spacious apartment. Immaculately clean. Newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The complex is really nice with a pool the kids enjoyed playing in every day. It's right in the middle of Playa de las Americas only a few mins walk away. Private parking was a massive advantage given parking on the street was nearly impossible. A lovely apartment we would recommend to everyone.

Host was late allowing us to check in.

Arrangements to collect the keys were made easily even though we arrived at a very unsociable time after midnight so much appreciated for the effort . The apartment itself was spotless along with all utensils the same . All equipment in perfect working order and the entire apartment was very comfortable . Plenty of towels provided for both shower and pool use. Balcony is a sun trap and has its own comfortable sunbeds so was a bonus. There is a wonderful clean well kept pool and is very quiet with plenty of sunbeds so no need to wonder about getting one or even having to get up early, all garden and pool areas very well kept. We love this apartments location as it is ideal for the Golden mile and is a short walking distance from everything including beaches, bars, buses etc. Very happy to recommend and would look to stay again

Only some cosmetic work is needed , the bedroom ceiling needs to be painted after some recent works and would recommend that the wardrobes have reached end of life and should be changed but none of this would put me off staying. As previously reviewed the coffee table and chairs on the balcony would limit your ability to eat a meal outside but for drinks , snacks etc. and just lounging it is very comfortable

Excellent location, short walk to all main amenities but nice and quiet at night time. Nice pool.

It was bright and clean and stocked with all the right things to make our stay comfortable. It was near all the main amenities but quiet at night which was perfect.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Location was great with shops, restaurants, beach, supermarkets etc all in easy walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Apartment had all the basic needs covered which was great.

The location is perfect convenient for everything yet fairly quiet.lovely sunny balcony .apartment is spacious big enough for 4 people.well equipped kitchen.Very good communication with the host he tried his best to sort out problems .we would stay there again

We were informed the day before we arrived that they had had a problem with a leak from the shower in the upstairs apartment but it was now sorted and the roof was dry .we accepted this because it was not there fault and they had fixed it . However it was not fixed and it was not fixed until 3 weeks into our 4 week stay so we had a dripping ceiling and plaster coming down for almost 3 weeks . I have had to be honest in my review I cannot say things were perfect when they were not . However I hope it does not put future guests off this is just our experience and I am sure when everything is cleaned up and the ceiling replastered it will be fine .
